Highlights:

L. Claudia Allen Park is adjacent to the senior center and provides many activities in a beautiful lakeside setting. The park is utilized by center participants as well as by the entire neighborhood.

Programs:

Beginner's Sewing Class:   Learn basic sewing skills; Tuesdays 10 am - 1: 00 pm

Bid Whist Club: Come join a fun group and play a fun card game on the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 12 pm - 4 pm; Refreshments will be served

Old School Shooters: Join your friends in a friendly game of pool, or hang around and sharpen your skills to compete; Monday - Friday 10 am - 11 am

Bingo: Play one of our favorite games; You may be the lucky one that can yell BINGO and win; Tuesdays 10 am - 11: 30 am

Bridge Club: Join this great group and learn to play bridge every Friday 10 am - 4 pm

Ceramics: Learn how to create ceramics masterpieces;Tuesdays 1 pm - 3 pm

Computer Classes: Learn the basics of computers and modern technology offered (must sign up for class) Mondays 4 pm - 5 pm (Beginner classes); Fridays 12 pm - 2 pm (Beginner)

Computer Lab: Challenge and increase your computer knowledge; Mondays and Wednesdays 9 am - 6 pm

Crochet and Knitting: Make a scarf, blanket, or create your own decorations

Fitness Room: Treadmills, stationary bikes, stairmaster and free weights; Monday thru Friday 9: 15 am - 6: 00 pm

Kick Aerobics: Mondays and Wednesdays from 9: 15 am - 10: 15 am

Movie Day: Tuesdays Nutritional Program: Dine with other seniors and stay to enjoy games, crafts and other social activities and events; Monday - Friday

Pokeno: Enjoy a game similar to Bingo but played with a deck of cards instead

Road Runners Club: Enjoy a day of shopping and lunch on the 2nd Wednesday of each month

RSVP (Retired Senior Volunteer Program): Come join every 2nd, 3rd and 4th Thursday of each month and learn to make exciting projects

Senior Anglers: Come out and fish with senior fisherman and women for a fun and relaxing sport
